Belknap Street 2, a single family home in Concord

The homeowners of this Concord, MA, 2008 Custom Colonial wanted to expand and remodel their existing family room back to be scaled to appropriate to the size of the home with a full remodel of the adjoining kitchen adding a new mudroom and powder room.  Also added was a 4-season screened in porch off of the family room with a wood burning fireplace, a new deck and a third car garage bay.
