The owners of this Concord MA, 2011 Custom Colonial wanted to add a 4-season porch that connected well to an already existing patio, using some space from an oversized breakfast area and removing the existing deck, we added this room which includes a wood burning fireplace with television above, a metal roof, skylights and a wall heating system for year-round family living space, 2020.
