Pilgrim Road: A single family home in Concord

The homeowners of this 2006 Custom Colonial wanted to expand and remodel their existing kitchen back to be on-line with their larger family room and add a screened in porch with a stone fireplace that felt in the appropriate spot to not block views of their backyard, they also wanted to add a new bathroom off of their daughter's existing upstairs bedroom.
